Ray Gun for DirectX v2.0

Ray Gun is the simplest and most cost effective noise reduction software. It automatically cleans up noisy vinyl and tape recordings and has been designed especially for easy and efficient audio archiving and restoration. Ray Gun is the perfect accessory for CD-ROM burners, allowing you to improve the quality of WAV files, prior to creating an audio CD. All you have to do is point, aim and shoot to remove hum, hiss, pops, clicks and other unwanted audio, leaving your original sound intact. Ray Gun will search-and-destroy noise automatically. In the new Ray Gun 2.0 for DirectX, the addition of an enhancement module now allows post-noise reduction bass and treble enhancement and stereo separation. These simple yet powerful controls will let you fine-tune the results before you process your new noise-free file. Pull out the Ray Gun for fixing staticky telephone recordings, reducing background noise from dialog, even getting rid of pesky “line noise.” Make your old recordings sound more stereo-like and experiment on clean sounds for minute to drastic adjustments. NOTE: This is an upgrade for the plug-in *only* and as such requires an independent DirectX compatible audio host (such as Sound Forge or Cool Edit Pro) to run.
